Hi guys some couple of years ago i used to use my laptop bluetooth but flash forward to 2016. My bluetooth device is no longer working. So i just did the following and in no time my bluetooth started working. Go to my computer (this PC incase you are runnnig windows 8), right click on it and scroll to down to properties, select device manager, then go to the list and select bluetooth then update the drivers one by one. After all have updated switch on your blue tooth and it will work. All the best guys
