Hi sorry if I sound or act noobish just need some quick advice.

I currently have the following specifications:

Corsair Hydro Series H80i (Advanced Liquid Cooling)
2 TB Seagate (2000 GB) SATA-III HDD 7200 RPM 64MB
Samsung 24x DVD/CD Re-Writer/Reader - Black - (SATA)
Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Compound
Gigabyte Z77-D3H (Intel Z77) - VGA/DVI/HDMI
Samsung 24x DVD/CD Re-Writer/Reader - Black - (SATA)
Intel i7 3770K Overclocked to (4 x 4.6 GHZ) - Ivy Bridge
Corsair 750W PSU - Low Noise
Fractal Design Define R4 - Arctic White
[/b]16 GB 1600MHz (2x8GB) - (DDR3) -
240GB Corsair Force LS SSD SATA-III, Read 560MB/s, Write 535MB/s - Silent
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti - 3 GB - (PCI-E)

Recently I damaged my motherboard (don't ask how) and now the motherboard is beyond repair and not usable, however all other parts are OK. I would like to replace the motherboard and the case for the following:

ASRock H61M-DGS R2.0 Motherboard (Intel H61, DDR3, SATA 300, Micro ATX, Socket 1155)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00IYYUGAS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

And an mATX case.

My question is that is this possible? Is my motherboard compatible with the processor and all other parts?

Thank you
