Hi, I'm getting an Asus H110m-a motherboard and I'm going to be building this in a fairly old case. It all seemed fine except for the fact that the system panel connectors are not like most cases. Instead of all the connectors being separated like this:

Mine looks like this:

Will this case be fine with my motherboard or should I consider buying another case?

I'm building my PC inside a VERY old case and I can't remember what my motherboard was but it was pretty old since the computer used to be the hp pavilion a1000

Not at all; trial and error works fine. Start by the Power switch, then the Power LED, the Reset switch and finally the HDD LED.

Edit: Each wiring pair goes together; therefore it makes it even easier.
