pc boots bios but turns off right away after pressing pwr button

So my new build has an issue where it turns off right away after pressing power button, i am able to go into bios and see cpu temp is at 22c, all fans runing and all drives seem to be there, what could be the issue ?

This happens to me also,during bios screen if i press the pwr button just for a second its shuts down,if i enter windows logo then needs the pwr button to be pressed for 4-5 seconds to shut down.So i dont think you have any issue unless you experience anything else like shutting down without any button pressed or restarts during boot.

correct, had read on the manual that you ned to leave it pressed for more than 4 secs to shutdown, but it takes only .5 secs :O, or is this once you are running your os and everything?
