Cyberpower PC, good or bad?

Hey guys,
I am looking at this gaming computer
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229362#close
It has everything I currently need at the moment, and is an upgrade to my HP computer with DDR2 memory and an AMD Athlon II x4 620 processor.

Sadly, the board is an AM2+ socket and it won't take a six core.

I want to do some light-medium gaming, mostly the Sims 3/4, Far Cry Primal, and Fallout 4, and want to be able to play at a descent rate 30 fps or higher.

So, should I buy the "gaming" pc or not?

Solution
"Gaming" with a GT720 graphics card is false advertising.

Plus, FX chips have slow individual core speeds, not good for games like sims.

Unless you go to cyberpower site and use the build it yourself option and pick quality parts you will end up with a shitty cyberpower default psu which will give you loads of headaches down the road. Also the gt 720 is not a gaming graphics card even for light gaming unless you want to just play solitair or something.
it will play th listed games like crap if at all for primal a FO4.
They get a bad rap because people buy theprebuilt which is built to be cheap or go on the site and configure one and get a great graphics card and othe components then get a shitty default psu and wonder why the have issues.
Cyber power will build the system the way you configure it who would you blame if you built your own system and used a shit psu.

In my opinion this is not a gaming psu that you have linked.
