Depends on what will mount in your case and your budget. The corsair H series are pretty good and the NZXT KrakenX61 is Tomshardware pick for that size. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181-2.html
Another one to consider is the Cryorig A series looks interesting as well since it has a fan over the heatsink which helps cool the MB.

Thanks for your answer, the NZXT KrakenX61 seems like a good choice.
What configuration would you say I should use? Push or pull?
It makes the most sense for me to pull in air directly from the outside of the case instead of using the air from inside the case. Don't know alot about it though

There are 2 schools of thought on that:
1. Blowing into the case. Here, you have cool air from outside through the rad. But then you're blowing that warmed air inside, over all the other components.
2. Blowing out of the case. Exhausting air, but blowing air that has been prewarmed through the rad.
I've used the second method USAFRet explained and it works perfectly fine for my cpu/overclock (67C max while gaming). I think either would be effective in cooling your system but it really depends on the case. If you have the time/patience you could always try both methods and see which one works best for your setup.
