Hi, looking for some advice!
I think I need to possibly change the motherborad, cpu, nvidia card etc
Games are getting too big for my rig I think!!

Specs are: Asus p5b mother,
BIOS up to date, no problems.
Intel Core 2 E6400
Nvidia GE9500GT
Windows 7 64bit
6GB RAM

Any ideas on what the limitations are on this motherboard?
Any ideas on what the limitations are for upgrading the PSU if I keep this motherboard?
What Nvidia card or other card can I get for gaming in mind?

Thanks in advance.

Cpu/mobo/ram has to be replaced at the same time since it's too old. Psu is questionable quality and hdds that old tend to die soon. That pretty much leaves your case. Your budget is too low to do much of anything but get a new gpu that you can just re-use when you upgrade the rest. Even a 950 will be bottlenecked with what you have but you'll re-use it anyways. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-GTX950-M-2GD5-GDDR5-Graphics-Card/dp/B014GTF0SM Or you can look up used stuff and get a second gen i5 tower for £90 or so and use the rest for a gpu upgrade. And try to sell what you have.
Need to know psu and case. Also what games do you play? If games are just "getting too big" I don't think you are playing anything high end so you maybe able to get away with just upgrading gpu/psu and re-use it when you upgrade the rest. Otherwise you are looking at an entire new pc.

Hi, PSU is 800W and it's a tower case.
SplinterCell/ Medal of Honor/Microsoft Flight type of games.
I have a E8600 but don't know if this MB would be able to run it.
I am looking at a P5B SE MB and use all I have to upgrade.

Don't waste money on something so old. If you are going to spend money it should be on something newer. It should support the 8600 if you already have it. Need model numbers for case and psu. If that isn't good quality, it may not actually supply the 800w it is labeled as. Case model would be for checking gpu clearance. You shouldn't have any limitations on psu or gpu that are mobo related. What's your budget?

I couldn't find the case model, what I can tell you is it's a Coolmaster Lite and the PSU is a Storm JSP-800P-12A 800W.
Budget £200 roughly.
Ok I'm looking at a new bit of kit,
Is it possible to keep the guts of my old kit to use?
