This is my setup
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kahlilnc/saved/KrcJ7P

I have tried numerous things such as lowering the volts the cpu will use in the bios. (When I set the volts higher than 1.25 it makes this weird static noise. I lowered it to as low as 1.2 and still powers off. I tried lowering it because it was a suggestion and I guess it worked for some others but not me obviously.) I bought a better PSU. I have bought a new and better fan. And none of it seems to work. Because it just keeps powering off whilst playing games.

Some pics inside my bios:

Playing Dota 2 Right now and temps are as shown: http://imgur.com/xGpuSFu
I've noticed CPU temps go as high as 67 before a power outage.

What are your thoughts?

Sounds like a overheating issue. What are the temps while gaming?

You could have also damages the xpu. Why did you turn up the voltage?

Your CPU is way too hot are you OCing this?

If you are don't that cooler is not enough for that.

The voltage is actually lower than default. Default is like at 1.375. I have it at 1.25 rn.
And no I'm not over clocking as far as I'm concerned.

you manually selected 1.25 for volt but bios says it's 1.75.
do you use virtual machine? svm is enabled and core c6 is enabled but cool n quiet is disabled.
have you updated bios? it looks like from voltage that something is wrong with mobo. 1.5 is max unless you don't care for pc.

So I did what you recommended me to do. I tested it out by streaming Dota 2. The cpu temp still gets around 69 degrees and warns me. I believe this is when it usually shuts off on me. Should I show you the current bios settings now? I don't know what to do exactly.

Update: It got around 79 degrees before shutting off on me

all I can see is you have cpu volt set to manual and bios reads the same as you have set it to. and your memory can be faster if you set to XMP, I believe there is a switch next to your memory modules for "easy XMP" Enable. otherwise did you double check your processor mount?

http://imgur.com/E91RH5c This is my game running with nothing else up with it.
And yeah I'm going to check the processor mount with a friend of mine who might be able to tell me more about what's going on internally when I have it open.
