So I'm looking at getting a 980 Ti, but I want one that has good power delivery so I can OC it a fair bit, I know this is hit and miss with all cards, but I mean by average.

I'm on a budget so I need to keep the price range as close to £550 as possible, I could maybe go a bit above but not by much, say £20-£40 at most.

Also looking for one that I can get a water block for in the future because of OCing it.

Currently, I'm looking at the Asus Strix and the Gigabyte Windforce, maybe the reference design but not too sure.

The best overclockers are the high binned gpu's which the two best are the msi lightning model and the evga Classified. Right now the EVGA classified model is going for pretty cheap but the msi lightning model i believe on average overclocks maybe 1-5% more. Evga's customer service is WAY better though. I usually only run evga gpu's for that reason. However i would not be opposed to putting a lightning model into my pc.

Yea if you plan to water cool just get the hybrid. Gigabyte honestly doesn't make cards as good as they used too. They are now known for warped pcb's and screwed up bios's. The best and safest companies are MSI EVGA and ASUS. Evga first in my opinion just because of their customer service and not to mention even when the acx cooler is at 100% fan speed its still silent.

I have a custom water loop, this would just take up more space in my case than needed. I guess I should have been more specific about the type of water block I meant.

My current GPU is from EVGA, and I couldn't agree more, I love their service, I just wasn't sure if I could get a water block for it.

I would just grab a reference 980Ti and throw on one of these.

Can't go wrong with EK and acetal.

Highly doubtful without LN2, most WC cards don't even far outpace air cooled for nVIDIA GPU's these days, this is not Fermi you are dealing with :)

That block you posted is apparently compatible with the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC+ GAMING ACX 2.0+, however I do see what you mean, I just popped on EKWB and there's very few blocks for it :(

I think you helped me choose, I like that water block and EVGA is great, plus it's cheaper to buy from them directly (when the site works).
