Gpu up- or downgrade?

I found a lightly used 2gb gtx 670 for 120€ and i'm currently using a evga gtx 950 ssc acx 2.0 2gb so i want to know if it's worth getting? Also i was thinking about getting a gtx 960 but i would cost 240€.

Nana don't get a used 670. And for that price in dollars even, you could pick up a 7970 or gtx 770 or used 960, all used in fact. If you convert to dollars then that's what you can get.
