Can't login to router

Router: Comtrend NexusLink 3112u
I've tried my default user/pass and it didnt work Im using default gateway and it didnt work. Ive reset the router completely and it still wont work. Ive tried connecting via wifi and by connection to the router directly. Any idea what to do?

If you've actually reset the router to factory, and if you are connecting via an ethernet cable, and if you are using the factory default username/password...
...and is still does not work...

Either you're doing something wrong, or the router is broken.

When you try to access the router:
How, exactly?
What happens?
What happens when you input the username/password?

Then either it is NOT set back to factory default, or you are entering the wrong username/password, or it is actually broken.

Okay it's not broken, because I have the same problem with the exact same hybrid modem.
They don't have anywhere listed on the internet for the default user/password of this Comtrend NexusLink 3112u, nor is it listed in the manual at all. I've searched almost everywhere using (ctrl f)
This device isn't even really noticeable even if you type in 3112(Two)u, instead it mostly shows 3111(One)u for search results..

This link posted from earlier isn't 3112, it's 3111.

The real question hasn't really been answered, because instead of finding the password and user we insisted it was toast.. We don't know the user or password to this specific device.
