I just installed the Noctua NH-D14 in my case.

I applied they Noctua Paste that came with the CPU cooler. I used the BB dot method and a plastic bag around my index finger and spead it counter clockwise on the CPU, but not to the edge so that the CPU cooler can do the rest.
Are these temps normal?
Value temp is anywhere from 14c too 25c it fluctuates a lot lol.
Minimum is steady at 14.60c
Max is steady at 44.50c
Clock Core is running anywhere from 1.4ghz too 4.0ghz. I don't OC
