Yo ! thank you so much for the reply but I don't really need OS since my university provided me with a free copy of win10.
Do I really need that powerful power supply and can I get 6600k + 16 gigs of ram instead of that ssd ?

Sounds pretty fine 2 me but sir, please add a case that is good enough for all these components.
One last question, is it possible to get my cpu overclocked to at least 4.2 maybe 4.4 ghz and have no issues with the temperature or I need a better cpu cooler or something ..

Slightly overbudget, the one thing I'd cut is the Samsung 950 Pro SSD and replace it with a regular 2.5" SSD. However the 950 Pro would give you amazing responsiveness and load times even compared to a regular SSD, so whether or not you want to cut it out is up to you.

That air cooler will be good, but if you want to, get this.

the cooler i chose willl keep the cpu cool and probably give a little overclocking room, but for max overclocking should you get a better cooler, something like this,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/deepcool-cpu-cooler-assassinii
or
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/silverstone-cpu-cooler-td02lite
with a big two tower cpu cooler like this one would you want to use low profile ram like this,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a2666c16
checking the specs of the cooler and the ram could the G.Skill just work under that cooler,i'm not sure though.

As i said if you read well.

Not worth the price difference from what i see.

Overlooked that, but an older one yes,a new one might just be better. It's just to show that there are more possibilities.
For instance could he with that first build of mine get a R9 390 and use as extra storage an Samsung 850 EVO 250gb next to the already owned hdd and the M.2 950 Pro.

He could even go for an i7 if he wanted,
