Which software should use to monitor north-bridge temperature

I am Facing FPS drops while gaming from few days, I think its because of my north-bridge because when I touch it with my fingers it was very HOT.

Is there any software for monitoring my NB temperature ?

I am using GIGABYTE G41MT-S2P.
