Of all the power supply brands, that one, Logisys, is among the top five worst of all time. For a GT 730 you want something at least 350w that's tier 3 or higher. Best bang for the buck would be this unit.

Absolutely. If you want a unit that is reliable, and safe, as well as having good quality that will be inclined to last you for a long time, find something 300w or more (For the GPU card you currently have, if you plan to upgrade to a higher end card at some point it would be prudent to buy a unit with enough capacity to run that card so you don't have to buy one twice.) that's at least tier 3, and preferably tier 1 or 2 here:
