240gb ssd + 500gb hdd for gaming and rendering pc. is it enough?

I'm planning to buy a ssd with a capacity of 240gb to boost speed of my pc with 500gb hdd. So is it a good investment or not? Im playing steam games and using rendering softwares like sketchup vray, photoshop, etc.

The SSD will make a major speed difference, especially for tasks like the ones you've suggested. It means that you make the rendering process that much faster as the software can run separately to the data required, which will make a massive difference
