I picked up an old Dell Precision t5400 with dual e5440s and 32gb of ram for $150. A total steal in my opinion.
I have it running a teamspeak server and hosting some files on the network. I am using it as a streaming computer using RTMP, and for some reason keeping 30fps at 720p is a real challenge for it. I don't see how this is possible since my actual computer(fx-8350) actually has lower cinebench scores and still can hold 30fps streaming while running any game I throw at it with higher quality than I have the precision set at. Is there maybe something holding me back somewhere that anyone can think of?
