Internet in the house becomes unstable the moment I boot up the PC

Hello,

I've got a quite particular problem.

I've been experiencing some extreme loss on internet in the whole house several times a day and after doing some intense research I've realized they only happen after I'm booting up my PC.

I got a MSI Gaming 7 X99s Motherboard with the Killer LAN.

So what happens:

After a while the internet completely stops working on all devices. Internet comes back after 1 minute or so but drops again soon. I'm unable to play online games for example or stream Netflix properly.

I got a Horizon box that comes with a router inside of it. It's from Unity Media Germany.

Attempts to fix:

1. I've been contacting the provider and they've already sent 6! technicians over the past month and none of them found anything wrong.

2. I realized the problem might come from the Killer Lan I got, but after extensive research I've concluded it's not the case. Tries involved custom drivers and even using a wifi dongle, but it failed.

3. Tried to reach into the Horizon box, factory rest, and mingle with the settings but for no avail.

4. Tried to get new cables.

So practically I'm clueless. Unity Media was very helpful but they cannot understand why it happens.

Any tips?

I'm curious, what is your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? When you speak of the Killer LAN as well as networking issues, it sounds a lot like you're on Windows 10 since it's a known fact that Windows 10+Realtek audio/Atheros Qualcomm/Killer devices don't go well together.

Have you tried disabling your Killer LAN port in BIOS while you removed traces of it's drivers from the OS to proceed to using a wireless adapter/dongle? On the off note, have you also made sure your BIOS as well as your remaining device drivers(namely chipset) are up to date? If you're on Windows 10, be sure to disable automatic device driver updates.

Bringing it back around to your networking, how many devices are connecting at the same time when you experience the issue? Does the issue compound to other devices experiencing lowered access or is it only on your system?

The problem was 100% with my provider and my router.
