After installing ASUS "we love you" suite 2 and updating to the latest (2603) version of BIOS without reading forums how crappy it is, it started automatically overclocking my wystem rendering it unstable any time i have opened CPU or GPU highly dependant software, computer just dying into black screen. Only way to start it up was powering it off for 10 seconds with hard reset and then booting up again.

I could access bios but when i went into AI Tweaks tab the bios just froze (i couldnt turn the overclockikg off) so only think that i could try was BIOS rollback.

So i set my bios settings into default, in asus suite autotuning i turned to user default settings and then attempted to flash my previous (2601) bios. The computer completely died shutting down mid-flash and i couldnt boot it anymore (pressing power button did nothing)

I really hope thats only BIOS brick and not some different hardware issue.

So... Finally getting to the point after story, i heard there are some emergency options on these motherboards to either boot bios image from USB 2.0 or flashing it from usb stick, but i wasnt able to find step by step soution on these forums, not even brief description as into which port to stick my USB, how bit must it be in order for the hardware to recognize it (i know it must be FAT formated and i need to change the bios image name), which button to press and if i need to do CMOS wipe first.

Any help but preferably a step-by-step solution would be very welcome i think for every member of this community that is facing similar issue.

Thank you guys in advance.

To avail your BIOS Flashback feature read here.

Might I ask what your full system's specs are inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? One other member here on Tom's Hardware had the exact same issue while he was on Windows 10.
