First of all, sorry for bad english and if this is in the wrong place.
Like the title says, my pc is turning it self off and on by itself without any warning. It just shuts down, then starts up again. Sometimes it starts back up normally, and sometimes is shuts itself off and on again several times before it finally decides to start up properly. This happens regardless of what im doing about every 15-20min.
Spec: win 10 64bit - i7 4790 @3,60ghz - Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK - 8GB ddr3 - 256GB SSD - GTX 970 - PSU Antec HCG-900
I really hope someone can help me out whit this.

un hook the case power button lead from the board could be as simple as a bad/shorting case power button ??

make sure all your psu power leads are properly inserted in the proper places on the board and hardware and correct leads used

could be anything right down to a bad psu as well???

Okay, so i used AIDA64 to test everything. The pc only restarted when i was testing the GPU. I tried every test multiple times, and the pc restarted after just a few min when testing the GPU. All drivers are up to date. Does this mean that its the GPU, or could it be a power failure on the PSU?

well could be either -- test the card in another computer or test your psu in some way or tey another card in yours ?

seems to reviewed good scored 9.5 ?? and 40amps on the rail should be plenty

http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=211

shows here the max power is 213w that's - 18 amps ?? with out some kind of process of elimination like I was saying above all you can do is guess ?

the that crap win-10 ?? seems like NVidia been struggling with drivers lately as some say it seem NVidia brakes more then they fix under 10 ??

may look in to some of that

[example]

''This driver causes TDR crashes when running a asus realbench stress test under windows 10 for 15 minutes. When the stress test ends the TDR's will start''

http://forums.evga.com/36472-WHQL-drivers-released-today-m2462795.aspx

http://www.pcworld.com/article/3041484/software/nvidias-new-36467-game-ready-drivers-are-crashing-systems-but-theres-a-fix.html

https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/4316xl/nvidia_driver_36175_still_crashes_windows_10/

and so on ......

so it could just be one of the many win -10 issues you just have to deal with ??

''AIDA64 to test everything''' just be sure that stress test is not stressing things to the point of a shutdown ? you got to be kinda careful with them or find your self with some stress damamge parts ?? or any bad overclocking you may of done [opinion]

The problem turned out to be the PSU. After i tested whit another PSU, i opened it (5years old, so no warranty). There where some buring marks on the litle card inside, aswell as melted plastic on the casing
