i got a huge problem with my gaming pc .
So the problem is that when i try to play a game or to render a video or to use unity 5 my pc shuts down with no warning but it does it sometimes and if i just browsing to the web . So at the start i changed my psu because it wasn't good.I got a nice corsair 550 watts with 80+ . But i got the same problem. I need to say that i dont have high temps (the highest was 61.5 degrees on celcium) i test my ram with memtest86+ and all worked fine !!!! But i forgot to mention that when i play games my gpu drops to 10 % from the 40 % that was running and that cause fps drops and then it goes back to 40 - 50 % .
My rig :
CPU: FX 6100 3.3 Mhz (NO OC)
GPU: GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5
MOBO:ASROCK N68C - GS FX
PSU:Corsair VS 550 watts 80 +
RAM: 8 GB corsair xms 3
Sorry for my bad english im not from uk or us and thanks for the help!!!!

Solution
asrock N68, the actually your problem, this mobo only support am3 but the factory modify bios to am3+
with only 2+1 phase it cann't handle cpu fx6300 95W.
so when the supply from motherboard to cpu drop it shutdown your pc to avoid more problem or blown up fet.
and that why your gpu didn't run optimal in this motherboard, it's only have pciex 2.0 with limitation from N68 Nvidia chip for bus transfer.
fx6300 run optimal on, minimum amd 970 series..
