the problem is when I took this pc to local technician it worked perfectly but in my house it just shut down, I tried several socket in my house. I even used my brother cable the same problem

Solution
This maybe something you need to get an electrician to look at rather than a computer technician. from the sounds of it your PC is trying to pull more power from the wall than what you can supply from your house. What are your computer spec more so the PSU, GPU and CPU so can get a general gauge on how much power its trying to pull.

Your electricity may be too weak to run your computer. Maybe everything is not properly grounded together. Im not an expert with electricity, but if it works with the electricity that the technician has at the shop and not yours at home, its gotta be something to do with your electricity, or your surge protector, or whatever you're hooked up to.
