My gaming rig is Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard and FX9590.
This happens even when I don't overclock.
When I shutdown rig with power button then power it up sometimes it hangs at Asus splash screen.
Then I check Q code on motherboard it is 99.
I looked it up and it is Super IO initialization.
This doesn't happen if I shutdown or restart thru Windows.
What would be causing this?
