I AM DONE! LIKE DONE!

My rig

GTX 750 ti OC ASUS Version
i3 530
PSU = http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/thunder/thunder-500w/
6 gigs of RAM

I bought my gpu a month ago and these are the fps I get

Black Ops 3 = 20 - 30 fps with stutters On Med-Low settings
Advanced Warfare = 45fps on high
Far Cry 4 = 30-45 fps on high
Rise of the tomb raider = 20-30 on med

Now my thing is this is how much I overclock it and the temperature I get after gaming:
GPU Boost Clock 1249
Memory Clock 5530
Fan Speed is 100%
Temp : 50degrees

Even after overclocking 115% (Original was 105%)
I get this performance. Which is basically unplayable. Like I saw videos on YouTube where people get 60 fps anyhow on these games with my gpu.

Even my applications suddenly got so slow and I can't open cpu-stress apps which use up a lot of cpu

So is it my PSU which is not working properly?
or my gpu?
or my cpu?

You tell me.
And what do I do to increase performance.
Tried to overclock CPU but overheated a lot.

Solution
Your CPU is the problem most likely, a really large bottleneck seems to be occuring, i mean you are at 768p resolution, that 750Ti more than fit's that resolution and will max almost anything at 720P.
Power supply shouldn't impact performance - worst case, it crashes. Or catches fire.

You haven't specified your resolution, which can significant impacts performance - twice the resolution, you need ~4x the GPU. I'd suggest turning down the resolution to test.

Your i3 is also not the fastest chip, but neither is the 750Ti so I don't think that's the end of the world.

If your CPU is overheating, you may need to clean the fan or replace the heatsink. Even not OCed, overheating can cause thermal throttling.

If your cpu is overheating that could be the issue. The cpu could be downclocking itself to protect itself. Also the 750ti isn't a great cpu either. Its a last gen low end video card so dont expect great things from it first off. Secondly did you have another video card in there before? Did you uninstall the old drivers, then remove the old cpu, then install the new video card and then install the new drivers? Did you use DDU software? Again as stated what resolution are you playing at?

Well! I am running at a fairly low 1366x768 resolution so I don't think that's much of a problem.
So Basically you mean clean the cpu? If I overclock the gpu like crazy and still doesn't work so probably its the cpu I need to tweak on.

How do I boost my CPUs performance?
