Since ur total is 800 and ur build is 700 consider these suggestions

A better ssd over the Kingston something like Samsung or crucial

380 would be a better option cuz it has a slight edge over a 960

Z97 pc mate is not a good board for the money

here is what I would change
1. The most striking thing about this build is the 960. Get that **** out of here.
2. Why a 75$ 55w psu?
3. why no skylake?
4.can you wait till June?
5. why do you have Z97?
6 any color scheme? I will make a list quick for 800$ with monitor.
