With the same amount of money of course, no need GPU at the moment, and for large storage already have 2 external HDD...

My main question is whether I am with a good Motherboard...

And about your Power Supply is worth it the double of price?

For Intel CPUs, you can typically only overclock CPUs that have a "k" suffix, which means they're unlocked, e.g. i5-6600k. With Skylake (6th gen) CPUs, you can now overclock non-k CPUs, e.g. the i3-6100, with the right motherboard and BIOS. But it's kinda hacky. The fact that you were buying a Z-series motherboard (which allow overclocking) and an aftermarket cooler made me think you were looking into overclocking. If you're not, you can probably get a cheaper mobo and stick with the stock cooler.

Really thanks for that info, no need to overclock, in fact only need HDMI, and at least 4 USB 3.0 (Front+Bottom) and thats all, can you suggest me a mobo or can I pick any 1151 socket with my I/O needs
