Upgraded parts to my pc no signal or power to usb device mice ect

So i upgraded some parts To my pc including a psu GPU and cpu. When I installed everything I booted it up but got no signal to my monitor or to my mouse or keyboard. The GPU has the white light and fans are spinning so has power. CPU and case fans spin so mobo has power.. I've gone through the help list. And reseted the cmos battery and nothing.
I don't get any beeps as I have no case speaker. Tried all the ram slgots with different ram but nothing
AMD 8350
Gtx970
Corsair cmx600
Asus m5a97

Also tried my old cpu to see if my new one was broken but didn't help.

I am not an avid AMD user so I don't know if you will be able to do this but if you have a any type of video out on your mobo, try using that and then if that works, install the drivers for your GPU. As for your peripherals, are they plugged into your case or the mobo?

thanks for the response. I unfortunately don't have video output on my mobo and I'm using the sub on both sometimes I see them flicker when I turn on the psu but that's it. I've ordered a via cable to test that but I'm running out of ideas

Used a Dvi cable still same problem so it's not the cable any ideas?
