CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k 3,4 ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580
PSU: 750W Corsair
Ram: 16GB
Motherboard: MSI z68a-gd65

I was home playing Counter Strike:Global Offensive when i had to go to eat dinner and i force shutdown my computer holding the power button thinking it wouldn't do anything. When i came back i turned my computer on and this happened. Monitor works fine before the windows logo appears, after that i get a blue screen and my monitor says "no signal". I can hear it starting up from my headset and i am able to shut down my computer with pressing windows key-right arrow-enter.
When i boot up my pc in safe mode everything works fine and if i uninstall my Display Drivers using DDU my monitor also works in normal mode, but when i install my drivers and restart my pc the same thing happens again, no signal after windows logo. It wont work in low resolution mode either.
This has happened once before, but then it happened after a power outage. Exact same thing, works only in safe mode if gpu drivers are installed. The problem is that i dont remember how i fixed it, but i think that it happened randomly after i reinstalled my gpu drivers loads of times.

Things i have tried:
1. Formatting my pc and reinstalling everything from scratch.
2. Uninstalling old gpu drivers and installing the latest ones from geforce.com
3. Installing different versions of drivers from geforce.com
4. Removing power chord from pc when it is shut down and holding down the power button for 1-2 minutes and rebooting.
5. Plugging hdmi cable in motherboard instead of gpu

Useful things to know:
I use an hdmi cable from my monitor to my pc.
Monitor is 1360x768 but uses 800x600 or 1024x768 in safe mode or without drivers in normal mode.
When i boot up my pc it says in the upper left corner of my monitor "HDMI 1360X768 DVI", i reacted on it saying DVI since i use and hdmi cable to connect my monitor and pc.(Dont know if this is weird though, just wrote it down in case).
I KNOW THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPONENTS SO DONT TRY TELLING ME MY GPU, CPU, PSU OR ANYTHING IS DEAD CAUSE I KNOW IT IS NOT.
Thanks in advance for your help :)

Bro you should download driver unstalled from guru3d and then remove them and then reinstall fresh drivers, windows cant boot cause it uses wrong display drivers. Uninstall them via safe mode and reinstall though normal mode, worked for me.
