When ever i play games i can feel a giant FPS drop for about 1 sec then it instantly shoots back up to its average. When ever i am playing an MMO such as Guild wars 2 or WoW my fps is usually 90+ then when i turn my screen or run it will shoot down to around 40 for 1 sec then go back up. I can also see this in games such as CSGO but not as drastic as the other games and cant really feel the drop but i can see it on the FPS meter. I will list my specs below and note i just got a new GPU 2 days ago. I was thinking maybe this is a ram issue or something?
