ive been trying to troubleshoot this problem for 3 days. my system was running windows 7 (unactivated) and after wiping the computer and installing a certified copy from my step dad, my computer will boot up, and then instantly it drains all the bandwidth. none of the other computers can load anything on the internet weather corded or wireless. is this normal on a fresh install for updating everything and i just have to deal with it for a period of time? o0r is there something else that could be causing this problem.
fresh W7 install, instantly eats up all my bandwidth (ethernet)

windows update is a never ending process...more so after fresh installation...pretty normal...
if u dont want bandwidth consumption, u can stop d updates anytime...
its not harmful, but not recommended either...
choice is urs...
