its an off the shelve computer, of course the components are compatible.

If you ever wanted to upgrade the computer in anyway then you need to replace the psu.

My i5 3570K (a more power-hungry CPU) and HD7850 PC don't exceed 170w under torture testing. The video card accounts for more than 100w of the system power consumption.
