That would give you dramatically improved performance. Should still be reasonably quiet as well as that CPU comes with a decent cooler.

I agree with you completely though you should consider getting a CPU cooler since AMD coolers are made cheaply.

Nah that has the new wraith cooler, it is great in comparison to other stock coolers. It is comparable to a $10-15 aftermarket cooler.

On highest settings with his PC would get you around 130fps average with CS GO
