Slow Internet only on one PC

I pay for a 25/10 internet speed and every other computer, phone, or tablet has perfect internet speed except my main PC. I have done numerous virus scans with nothing coming up. I have looked through my program list and nothing seems to be abnormal(ie AMD Quickstream). I have restarted my PC and router multiple times to no avail. I usually get around 2-0.5 down and 2-3 up. It has gotten so bad, when I play multiplayer games I cant connect to the servers with ~1000 ping.

I run an off the shelf model of ASUS Desktop PC M11BB Series with an EVGA GEFORCE GTX 750ti GPU and a CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V CPU.

Any help would be very nice.

Try updating the wifi drivers.

Is this a sudden issue or has it been a problem since setting up the wifi? Is it a wired or wireless connection?

It has happened over time and it worked fine when I first set up the wifi. I am running a wireless connection but I am to far away to run a wired connection and I am unable to move the router.

Move your computer a slight bit closer to the router
You can also purchase a long 100ft ethernet cable online for a bit of money
If you can't move the router or the computer or any of that, then you can buy two outlet pieces that extend your wifi signals through the electricity outlets in your home
This is how it works:
One piece plugs into your router via an ethernet cable and onto your wall outlet
Another piece plugs into the wall outlet of the room where you want to boost your signal strength through
