Id like to know if my system has a bottleneck, Since it isn't running as well as I feel it should be.
Windows 7
CPU: AMD FX 6350 3.9 Ghz
Memory: 16 GB ram 1666 Mhz
GPU: Radeon HD 7950 with 4GB Memory (think it's XFX Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 ~ 4GB Memory)
Storage: Samsung SSD 840 PRO series
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46
Side question:
Is there a program or a way to determine a systems bottleneck? or for future builds, a way to see if a certain configuration will bottleneck?
