Can someone explain why my CPU is too high +200 degrees Fahrenheit?

These are questions that you need to answer first to give us a better understanding about your problem.

What CPU cooler do you have?

What Thermal paste are you using?

What model is your CPU?

Are you OCing your CPU?

How did you apply your thermal Paste?

Meaning what method did you use? How much did you use? How did you apply it?

Download CPUID HWmonitor I use that too see what my temps are for My AMD CPU.

How are your Fan placements in your PC?

They should look like this picture below.

You Need to check and make sure your fan placements are correct and that your CPU Cooler fan is pushing air to the back of the PC so it can go out the back. If you do not have a fan on your CPU cooler or the CPU cooler is insufficient you need to upgrade your CPU cooler.
