New PC problem

So I have build a new PC but I haven't buy keyboard so when I open it shows black screen with white letters but it's not the bios does this mean a part of the PC has a problem ??

Does the white letters say something about boot device or show the motherboard manufacturers name, or the splash screen? Then that's fine. If it shows any message, not an error, then you're fine. To access the bios, you need a keyboard to press a key, usually delete or f12 or something to access the bios. It doesn't just boot into the bios,
