As long as you remove the old drivers, a fresh install shouldn't be necessary. But if you uninstalled the amd drivers, and the problem still persists, I would generally recommend to do a fresh install, guarantee to fix your problem.

What psu do you have exactly? Do you mean seasonic? Also, could you list your mb as well?

You can make sure your memory is installed properly, although I highly doubt that is the culprit. Other than that, you can run a chkdsk, and make sure all of your drivers are up to date. If all that doesn't work, as a last resort, try following these steps to turn of the page file: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/page-fault-in-non-paged-area-error/

Generally would never recommend turning off page filing, but if nothing else works you can try it. If that also doesn't work, I'd recommend a fresh install of windows.

After thinking about it more, I have come up with this. Before the R9 380 I have had a 750 ti in my system, I bought the R9 and did not uninstall the drivers on the hdd. I pulled the hdd and did a system restore. For it was giving me errors, reinstalled it into my system now ad it gives me errors, I did a roll back so I hope that may work, Do I half to do a fresh install with the components I will be using? Or no because the 750 ti ran fine in my system,
