Yes it should. You have a PCIEx16 slot. Also it is a 60W graphics card. But just to be sure, check the size of the card - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5160#sp . Grab a measurement tape and measure if you have enough space for it inside the case, which you should have. It is a small card after all. The most important measurement if the length.

I installed a low profile MSI GT720 in a very similar if not same case - HP DC7800 Small form factor. It works well.
The card you mention is dual slot, check if you have clearance to install it. In my case, dual slot graphics card wouldn't fit because there is a WiFi card installed in the short PCI-Express slot.
Be sure the card has low profile brackets included!!!The box on Gigabyte webpage says it does, but double-check it just in case.
