Fps drops in gta 5 GTX 750

This is whats in my computer http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MB4jYJ i currently get like 50-60 fps but when dome thing big happens, it drops down to as low as 2 fps and suggestions?
Nvida geforce is completely updated ive tried to use the msi afterburner over clock but i have no clue how to use it. im stuck on the first mission cause of the fps drops gets so annoying

The problem is your GPU, first update the drivers here:http://www.geforce.com/drivers Go to manual update select 700 series and 750ti.

Now for a little bit more fpss you can lower the settings in game. Go to video settings and lower the settings there. I can't give you clear instructions...

You said when something big happens fps drops. That means the problem is in GPU. Simple as that your PC is not too good. BUT that might not be the problem. Try and lower down the settings a bit AND Download the latest drivers for your GPU!!
Othervise you might have to update your gpu to something likr gtx 960.

Well not really something big like I'll be in a car and it could drop, do I lower the settings in the game or where and how

Again, if none of this works you might need a new gpu like GTX 960.
