Hey all Ive been wanting to stream for a bit and enjoy gaming so might as well do both.
I want some advice or a bulid that would enable me to stream my favorite games ,Lol,Hearthstone, etc with a fairly decent budget build under 450.

Solution
Here is what I would build for a casual/MOBA gaming on a $450 budget. Includes OS. Power supply is a tad oversized, but that allows for future expansion, and accounts for the very low power startup this system requires. ("Haswell Ready")

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($111.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Storage: PNY CS1311 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($59.99 @ Mac Mall)

If ur not gona upgrade the 450 to much after go AMD APU series. A10 7860k I'm running was pretty good with r7 250 onboard gpu (ran alone for year playin all blizzard games atleast med settings), and I recently added a R9 390 and I'm lovin it. Buddy w same gpu i have now only gets 4-8 more fps then I do with an I5 6600k build. So much for that terrible bottleneck lol. My A10 runs 3.7ghz and I stable OC it to 4.2 ghz, no probs at all. Intel is the best, for a price, and amd not that far behind.

Intel HD 530 comes in as just as fast as an R7-250 discrete card. And allows for the the potential replacement of the processor to an i5/i7 later on, and you get DDR4. Just the wiser choice for the money. FM2+/AM3+ are dead sockets. When AMD gets their new Zen APUs out for AM4 then we can have something to compare with.

Not that LGA1151 will last very long. LGA1150 managed a whopping 2ish generations. Haswell, Haswell Refresh, and the limited selection of Broadwell chips.
