Is mid 60s to 70 degrees cpu and gpu temp normal under load

I have a i7 3770 ivy bridge and a msi gtx 970 and this is the temps i seem to get when playing wow and cs go is this normal, my cpu temp seems to spike to around 70 degrees and i have a hyper evo 212 cooler im not sure whether i have installed it wrong or something it seems like it is firmly screwed in and i just applied new paste yesterday maybe i should buy another fan for my cooler and have one both sides idk what do you guys think

If you just replaced the thermal paste on the CPU cooler, your next step should be to remove the heatsink/fan from the CPU and observe the area of the CPU that has grease on it. Too little or too much thermal grease works against what the cooler is trying to do.

I did that last night thats why i replaced it i put less on this time about a grain of rice in size which i had read online then i just put the cooler down and let the pressure spread it out
