I have a PC:

MoBo: MSI B85 - G41
CPU: I5-4460
GPU: GTX 750 TI

I need a new PSU for my build. No overkill needed cause I'm not planning on upgrading in few years. budget is 30€ - 60€.

Where are you from? 30 to 60 euros can't get you any gold certified PSU which would be the ideal. You can get a good bronze certified PSU though and I think it will do the job. Aim for anything Corsair in my opinion, they are usually good. I'd recommend : Corsair Modular CX 430M 80+ Bronze Certified.

How many watts should the PSU have. Can be little more (if helps with performance)

Do not buy the Corsair CX 430, CX power supplies often have issues powering anything but the most basic of machines.

You don't need more wattage for performance, just enough to cover what you have.

Where are you located, and stores you use often? I can pick some out for you.
