Hello guys, i am going to build a cheap pc and i want to start from the gpu. I have found 4 gpus and i don't know which one should i buy (i am kinda noob

The first and cheapest one is the Radeon R7 240 2GB (35 euros), the second one is the Ati Radeon 6870 HD 1GB (55 euros), the third one is the ASUS GT740-2GB (55 euros) and the last one is the NvidiaGeforce GT730 2GB (50 euros). Which one is the best? Would you suggest me another gpu on this price range (30-60 euros)?
