Ok so basically the computer I have is prebuilt and it is very, very, very loud. The heat sink is always running at like 5000 rpm when im just watching youtube. So long story short I need someone to recommend me a quiet and fairly cheap heat sink that would work with this computer: http://goo.gl/z0nR8z.
Note: I installed a Gtx 750ti into the computer if that changes the heatsink needed.
