Although i have more than a recomended graphic card i can't play World of Warcraft properly, need to run it on good (the middle graphic set) and I get terrible FPS drops in open world fights (like ashran ). Any upgrade suggestion? And, what's the weakest spot, I was thinking of buying a new HDD.

Do you know the Ram speed, the manufacturer of your HDD, and the speed of your HDD? From what I see now your 750Ti is the weakest portion of your build, but it should still run WoW.

Wow is a CPU critical game they have upped the graphics content but a GTX 750 Ti shouldn't be that bad Ive built 2 WOW gaming systems and used those for the build due to their budget. Have you updated your GPU drivers lately? Your CPU should be fine I know people that run an i3 w/o issue. I agree with SR-71 your 750 Ti is the weaker between the CPU & GPU. Though I am wonder about your RAM are you using an 8GB kit or a single 8GB stick. You really shouldn't be having bad dropped frame rates with your build.

Yes I did, all of my drivers are always up-to date.

I know that i shouldn't have bad FPS drops, I've watched a few videos on youtube of people playing on ultra graphic with the same CPU and GPU that I have. That why I am asking here what to do, and what about that HD, is it possibly the problem? Thanks guys.

Hard drive and Ram are both fine, so we can remove those from the situation. When running WoW, can you check the GPU and CPU usage? If either of these aren't being utilized properly we could find our issue.
EDIT:
Also check the temperature of the CPU and GPU during a session. If the CPU or GPU is throttling it will not perform properly.
