Problems with my graphic card maybe?

Ok so to sum it up. Must be 5 months now since i got my evga 970. The problem i have well i have it since i got the gpu but with some games it doesn't crash anymore but i would like a permanent fix to it. [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vdyp2Yr1hYM&feature=youtu.be"][/video]

Is the GPU overclocked? I would try a DDU reinstall of the drivers but to be honest, I think your graphics card is faulty and is struggling under load. How are your GPU temps and what are your full specs including PSU make and model?

GPU: Evga gtx 970
CPU: i5-4690k @ 3.5Ghz
RAM: 8 GB
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600w atx 12v 2.3

GPU Temp is at 70c when runing games

That's fine, I think your card is faulty, you should contact where you bought it from about an RMA
