Ubee DDW366 Connectivity Issues with my Company's VPN

We have the Ubee DDW366 wireless router: http://www.ubeeinteractive.com/search/content/ddw366

I have the following settings turned on, which sound like they should help with VPN connection:
IPsec Pass Through
PPTP Pass Through

My wife and I both have trouble staying connected to our companies' VPNs (two separate companies) on our work laptops. Our home laptop has no problems staying connected, but the VPNs disconnect every half hour or so, and then it takes 5-10 minutes to get reconnected and going again. I have tried contacting my ISP, who is supposed to support my router, but they didn't seem to understand my problem. I would contact my company's IT help desk, but I don't think it's my VPN if we are both experiencing issues. If it helps, my company uses Cisco AnyConnect.

Anyone have any tips on how I can troubleshoot or resolve this problem?
