i had been rebuilding my wife's computer and when i turned it on it would restart 5 seconds after starting, the cpu fan seems to be turning quite slow so i dont know if this would be the cause of it.
i have tried testing the ram with the ram from my system and no change. i have tried reseating the cpu and fan, no change. also upgraded the power supply.
the system contains:
gigabyte z97x-gaming 3 g1 gaming motherboard lga 1150
i7 4790 3.6 ghz 8mb cache lga 1150
gigabyte geforce gtx 960 4 gb pci-e 3.0 gddr5/128bit
2x 4g hyper ddr3 1866 cl10 240pin ram
250 g samsung ssd 850 evo
cooler master 550elite v2 psu
