I'd stick with the Z97 boards since you have 'K' CPU. The Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 is the best, but I see it's very expensive down under. The Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI gets the nod in that case.
Now im thinking if its worth buying a new mobo and cpu. But i kinda do need it because i get serious bottle in my games from my cpu which is a a8 7650k and i have a gtx 960. But Im still not even extremely sure if thats my problem is my mobo and cpu.
In games like the culling i get 17 fps and max settings and 17 fps on low settings so does that mean my cpu is bottle necking my gpu?
The problem with AMD apu's is the cpu portion of the chip is a bit weak. An upgrade to the Intel i5 will improve your performance and last for years. Streaming and gaming together will be better with an i7.
