Upgrade to a faster graphics card or buy a 2nd PC for office work?

I right now have a GTX 780 Ti but I have to lower a few settings in GTA V and Just Cause 3 for mostly smooth performance at 1080p. I have an i7-4930k as a CPU. I was wondering if I should upgrade to a EVGA GTX 980 Ti FTW or buy a laptop for office work instead and wait for a faster graphics card to come out. I just don't like doing office work on the same system I do gaming and I want to overclock my CPU but since I also do office work on this system I don't want something to go wrong with my office work because of an unstable overclock so I just run my CPU at stock settings. I was thinking about buying a laptop with at least a current gen i3, 4GB RAM, SSD, and 13.3 inch screen for just office work, no gaming and then overclocking my gaming desktop. So would I be better off just buying a low to mid range laptop for office work and waiting for a faster GPU to come out and overclock my current GPU and CPU?

Faster graphics cards are coming out in the next month.
I'd upgrade your graphics card as the CPU should be able to handle the next generation of cards with ease, but wait until early june when you can get your hands on one.
Performance difference will be quite significant, with GDDR5X memory and 33% faster cuda cores.
